Health Records. Every school must comply with all department of public health requirements. Every school shall have on file a health record for each student enrolled in the school. Upon a student's transfer, student health records are forwarded with the student transcript to the receiving school. Schools shall comply with all Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act rules as applicable. For additional information on student records, see Transfer of Records.
