Common use of Headings and Cross-References Clause in Contracts

The headings of the Sections and Paragraphs hereof, the Table of Exhibits, and the Table of Schedules have been included for convenience of reference only, and shall in no way limit or affect the meaning or interpretation of the specific provisions of this Agreement. All cross-references to Sections or Paragraphs herein shall mean the Sections or Paragraphs of this Agreement unless otherwise stated or clearly required by the context. All references to Schedules herein shall mean the Schedules to this Agreement.
