Headings and Counterparts. The headings or captions in this agreement will not be deemed to have any effect and are provided for convenience only. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument, even though all Parties do not sign the same counterparts.
