Hazardous Substances. To the extent that the goods to be supplied to the State by the Contractor contain or may create hazardous substances, harmful physical agents, or infectious agents, as set forth in applicable State and federal laws and regulations, the Contractor must provide the State with Material Safety Data Sheets regarding those substances. A copy must be provided upon request. Goods and containers supplied to the State must be labeled in compliance with state and federal laws, rules, and regulations. These terms apply to goods supplied under this contract: Products Containing Triclosan Banned. The Contractor must comply with Minn. Stat. § 145.945.
