  • FOIPP Clause 1. By submitting your bid, you agree to disclosure of the information supplied, subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPP).

  • Sunset Clause The provisions of this Section expires automatically on the expiration date of this Agreement.
