Genuine Signature. The signature of Client, Client’s authorized signatory, director, secretary or partner (as the case may be), and the signature of each of the Authorized Persons as they appear in the Account Opening Application Form and Agreement hereof are the genuine signatures of the individuals concerned. For Clients of Online Account Opening, the Specimen Signature for the initial deposit in the “Deposit Notification Form” should prevail.
Genuine Signature. The cardholder acknowledges that the joint use of his Visa Desjardins prepaid card with his Visa Desjardins PIN is equivalent to his genuine signature to enable him to carry out, through an accessible device, operations using his Visa Desjardins prepaid card.
