Future Payments. The Assignor shall notify the Agent to make all payments with respect to the Assigned Share after the Funding Date directly to the Assignee. Future Payments. 68.3.1 Health is not obligated to make any payment or further payments under this Services Agreement whether or not those payments are due until Health has received a duly executed Financial Undertaking and Performance Guarantee as required by this clause 68.
