Funds Advanced. Funds transferred by AMO to the Recipient shall be expended by the Recipient in respect of Eligible Costs. AMO reserves the right to declare that Unspent Funds after March 31, 2020 become a debt to Ontario which the Recipient will reimburse forthwith on demand to AMO for transmission to Ontario.
Funds Advanced. Funds transferred by AMO to the Recipient shall be expended by the Recipient in respect of Eligible Expenditures within five (5) years after the end of the year in which Funds were received. Unexpended Funds shall not be retained beyond such five (5) year period. AMO reserves the right to declare that Unexpended Funds after five (5) years become a debt to Canada which the Recipient will reimburse forthwith on demand to AMO for transmission to Canada.
Funds Advanced. Each Advance shall be made by Lender by wire transfer to such checking account of Borrower as specified to Lender in writing or as provided in Section 2.14.
Funds Advanced. Each Future Advance made directly to Borrower shall be made by Administrative Agent by wire transfer (or other transfer) to an account designated by Borrower. All proceeds of all Future Advances shall be used by Borrower only for the purposes for which such Future Advances were made or as otherwise may be permitted or required herein.

Funds Advanced. Any funds advanced by either Party in the carrying out of this Agreement shall be immediately reimbursed to the Party incurring the expense through either Universal investment and/or capital provided by AmericaTowne, and/or a working capital account.
Funds Advanced. The Company irrevocably authorizes the Trustee to make an Advance from the Project Fund for any sums requisitioned under this Agreement in accordance with the Indenture.
