Funding Streams. Funding specifically allocated to achieve an element of the strategy. It may be funding that is allocated by Partners from their own resources, or secured from external funding bodies. It may also be Partners’ mainstream funding – that which supports day-to-day services in the area. ‘Bending’ of this funding, so that it is used in ways that reflect the specific circumstances of an area, is often the best and most sustainable way of achieving a target.

Funding Streams. All payments to CONTRACTOR shall be in accordance with Exhibit C, the Contract Budget. Separate fund stream budgets may not be exceeded except after execution of a Contract modification. Cost categories and line item costs within a fund stream may be exceeded, but only in accordance with GSJTA policies and procedures.
Funding Streams. In 2015/16 there will be four funding streams. These are as follows:  Safer Communities Fund - This is available for all work themes supplementing core activities. There are many examples including home from prison schemes and support groups for women who have experienced violence.  Be Part of the Solution - This is a new funding stream aimed at providing support to young people and the provision of a range of diversionary and other schemes. We will encourage positive engagement leading to a reduction in crime and antisocial behaviour.  Restorative Justice - The OPCC will produce a joint plan for Restorative Justice and will open an allocations process in February 2015. It is likely to be a mixture of a central; contract for Hampshire and the |Isle of Wight and support for local RJ Initiatives.  Small Grants Award - This is intended for small voluntary sector organisations responding to locally identified need. Bids should not exceed £3,000. Bids will be invited every quarter.

  • Funding This Contract is subject to termination or cancellation, without penalty to System Agency, either in whole or in part, subject to the availability of state funds. System Agency is a state agency whose authority and appropriations are subject to actions of the Texas Legislature. If System Agency becomes subject to a legislative change, revocation of statutory authority, or lack of appropriated funds that would render either System Agency’s or Grantee’s delivery or performance under the Contract impossible or unnecessary, the Contract will be terminated or cancelled and be deemed null and void. In the event of a termination or cancellation under this Section, System Agency will not be liable to Grantee for any damages, that are caused or associated with such termination, or cancellation, and System Agency will not be required to give prior notice.

  • Construction Funding Subsidies 5.1 Subject to 5.2 and 5.3 the HSP is required to continue to fulfill all CFS Commitments, and the CFS Commitments are hereby incorporated into and deemed part of the Agreement.

  • Program Funding Upon entry into force of this Compact, MCC will grant to the Government, under the terms of this Compact, an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Eight Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (US$408,850,000) to support the Program (“Program Funding”).   • PARTICIPATION, CONTRACT ACCESS, AND PARTICIPATING ENTITY REQUIREMENTS A. PARTICIPATION. Sourcewell’s cooperative contracts are available and open to public and nonprofit entities across the United States and Canada; such as federal, state/province, municipal, K-12 and higher education, tribal government, and other public entities. The benefits of this Contract should be available to all Participating Entities that can legally access the Equipment, Products, or Services under this Contract. A Participating Entity’s authority to access this Contract is determined through its cooperative purchasing, interlocal, or joint powers laws. Any entity accessing benefits of this Contract will be considered a Service Member of Sourcewell during such time of access. Supplier understands that a Participating Entity’s use of this Contract is at the Participating Entity’s sole convenience and Participating Entities reserve the right to obtain like Equipment, Products, or Services from any other source. Supplier is responsible for familiarizing its sales and service forces with Sourcewell contract use eligibility requirements and documentation and will encourage potential participating entities to join Sourcewell. Sourcewell reserves the right to add and remove Participating Entities to its roster during the term of this Contract.

  • Enhancement Budget Enhancements refer to additional functionality and deliverables unknown to the Authorized User at the time of Mini-Bid release. An Authorized User is permitted to include an enhancement budget, as included in the Mini-Bid (up to 10%). The total cost of the project including the enhancement budget shall not exceed the Lot threshold from which the award was made. An Authorized User shall use Appendix F, Attachment 3, Enhancement Request Template to reflect such modifications. Mini-Bid/Statement of Work documents will define specific criteria and method of reimbursement for the enhancement budget. Written approval of the Enhancement Budget Request is required from both the Authorized User and the Contractor.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.

  • Student Tuition Recovery Fund “The State of California established the Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF) to relieve or mitigate economic loss suffered by a student in an educational program at a qualifying institution, who is or was a California resident while enrolled, or was enrolled in a residency program, if the student enrolled in the institution, prepaid tuition, and suffered an economic loss. Unless relieved of the obligation to do so, you must pay the state-imposed assessment for the STRF, or it must be paid on your behalf, if you are a student in an educational program, who is a California resident, or are enrolled in a residency program, and prepay all or part of your tuition. You are not eligible for protection from the STRF, and you are not required to pay the STRF assessment, if you are not a California resident, or are not enrolled in a residency program.”
