Formalities. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement for this project. Parties to this Agreement This Agreement is between the Commonwealth of Australia (the Commonwealth) and the State of Queensland (Queensland). Term of the Agreement This Agreement will commence as soon as the Commonwealth and Queensland sign it and will expire on 30 June 2022 or on completion of the project, including final performance reporting and processing of final payments against milestones, unless terminated earlier or extended as agreed in writing by the Parties.
Formalities. Each Guarantor waives presentment, notice of dishonor, protest, notice of acceptance of this Guarantee or incurrence of any Guaranteed Liability and any other formality with respect to any of the Guaranteed Liabilities or this Guarantee.

Formalities. Each party will take any action and execute any document reasonably required by the other party to give effect to any of its rights under this Agreement, or to enable their registration in any relevant territory provided the requesting party pays the other party’s reasonable expenses.
