Fishery. Sub-Sector: Fishing of marine fish, prawns and other aquatic organisms Industry Classification: ISIC 0500 Level of Government: Central Type of Obligation: National Treatment Description of Measure: If any investor desires to engage in a fishery in the exclusive economic zone, he shall apply to the Department of Fisheries in the prescribed form. Such an investor shall form a joint venture with State organization (or) existing joint venture company or private Myanmar Company, subject to the approval of the Government. Provided that in exceptional circumstances, he may apply for permission to operate a fishery in other fisheries waters.(Chapter 3, para 6 at Law Relating to the Fishing Rights of Foreign Fishing Vessels)(1989). Such an investor shall initially discuss with the Department of Fisheries under the Ministry of Livestock and Fishery. The Ministry shall submit the proposal to Cabinet through Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) and Trade Council. After getting approval from Cabinet, MIC will issue the investment permit. An investor who has been granted a fishery on application under section 6 shall obtain a licence and register at the Department of Fisheries.

Fishery. The habitat in the Project Site consists of typical Piedmont riverine characteristics, such as gravel bars, shoals and xxxxx runs. The Ocmulgee River currently supports a healthy and diverse fish community that includes at least two species of riverine sucker, silver redhorse, Moxostoma anisurum, and "brassy jumprock", Scartomyzon sp. cf. lachneri. These species share habitats with the robust redhorse at other sites.

Fishery. The provincial negotiating principle that hunting, fishing and recreational opportunities on Crown land will be ensured for the use and benefit of all British Columbians is upheld in the fishing provisions of this AIP. The Maa-nulth First Nations will receive a domestic allocation of fish for food, social and ceremonial purposes, and these fish may not be sold. The federal and provincial ministers will retain authority for managing and conserving fish, aquatic plants and fish habitat. Maa-nulth First Nations will participate in fisheries management through a joint fisheries management committee. The First Nations will develop annual fishing plans for their fish allocations and review these plans with this committee. The federal Minister of Fisheries and Oceans will then issue a harvest document authorizing Maa-nulth First Nation fisheries each year based on the annual fishing plans. The AIP provides for the Maa-nulth First Nations and the federal Department of Fisheries and Oceans to negotiate a harvest agreement outside the treaty for commercial fishing opportunities. These negotiations will determine annual allocations of sockeye and chinook salmon, herring, halibut, sablefish and Dungeness crab. Commercial allocations will have the same priority as other commercial fisheries in management decisions made by the federal Minister of Fisheries and Oceans. The Province supports treaty arrangements that reflect the following objectives: ■ a fishery that is accessible to all British Columbians; ■ equitable fishing arrangements for all participants; ■ an overall vision of the fishery that informs all management decisions and specific treaty negotiations; and ■ an integrated and effective management regime across all sectors that is capable of ensuring the sustainability of the resource and economic viability of the industry.   • Fisheries NMFS will account for Member harvests of Allocated Species as harvests of the Sector’s ACE, regardless of whether such harvests are made during directed groundfish fishing trips or during other fishing trips, unless the Allocated Species harvest is managed under another management plan or as a sub‐component annual catch limit (“ACL”) of Amendment 16 Allocated Species. Each Active Member shall report every fishing trip by such Member to the Manager prior to sailing, for determination whether the related Allocated Species harvest must be accounted for to NMFS as harvest of the Sector’s ACE.

  • MINES The Contractor represents and warrants that neither it, its parent entities (if any), nor any of the Contractor’s subsidiaries or affiliated entities (if any) is engaged in the sale or manufacture of anti-personnel mines or components utilized in the manufacture of anti-personnel mines.

  • Academy 1.10 Where any legislation, legal requirement or published guidance is referred to, unless otherwise stated, the following terms should be interpreted as follows:

  • Playground ~ The playground is primarily for the use of children under the age of twelve (12). Any child caught throwing rocks, vandalizing, or hitting or teasing other children will be asked to leave the playground. An adult or appropriate baby-sitter must accompany all children under the age of six (6) years old. Garbage ~ The storage, collection and disposal of refuse and garbage in the recreational camping areas shall be conducted as to create no health hazards, rodent harborage, insect breeding areas, accident or fire hazards, or air pollution. Bag all food garbage in plastic and tie shut before placing in the dumpster, to prevent odor and rodents which are drawn to the garbage area, such as skunks, raccoons etc. Dumpster is for normal daily household garbage, no large boxes, building supplies, carpets etc. Camper is to dispose of this type of garbage elsewhere. Garbage may be placed in dumpsters only. If a dumpster is full, do not place garbage on or around the dumpster, find an empty dumpster to place your garbage into. Bags of garbage may not be set outside your camper for any reason. Disposal or deposit of hazardous or toxic waste is prohibited. No gas, oil, batteries, or car fluids may be deposited into the dumpsters or around the dumpsters. Hazardous materials will not be disposed of by the garbage service. Disposal or deposit of furniture, barbeque grills, washer, dryers, and other large household items are NOT permitted on, in or around the dumpsters. Holding Tanks ~ There is no size restriction on holding tanks, however, they must be opaque XX xxxx/black water approved tanks. The on-site dump station may be used to empty tanks that hold 50 gallons or less. For tanks over 50 gallons Camper must contract with a pumping service to pump and remove tank contents from campground. No dumping of xxxx water onto the ground. Docks ~ Campground does NOT have a lifeguard on duty. The docks are privately owned. In order to be on someone's dock you must receive permission from the dock owner. An adult must accompany all children on the docks after dark. Life jackets are required for young children fishing off docks. Running, diving, and/or horseplay are not allowed on the docks. All debris and toys must be removed from the docks, beach and marina area. Inappropriate behavior, intoxication or shouting on docks is not allowed. Glass is not allowed on the beach area. Jet skies, wave runners, etc. are not permitted in the marina area. Tires cannot be left in the marina area under boats or tied onto docks. Fish House ~ Clean up fish cleaning facility when done with your fish cleaning and bag all fish remains. Fish cleaning house must be kept clean and all fish waste must be put into plastic bags and deposited into dumpster and cover on dumpster closed. No dumping of fish wastes into marina or dog waste stations! Swimming Pool ~ Campers are required to abide by all rules posted in and around the pool area.

  • THE ACADEMY 2.1 The Company will establish and maintain, and carry on or provide for the carrying on of the Academy in accordance with the Master Agreement and this Agreement.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • EMBANKMENT WIDENING The minimum embankment widening is:  2 feet for embankment heights at centerline of 2 to 6 feet.  4 feet for embankment heights at centerline of greater than 6 feet. Purchaser shall apply embankment widening equally to both sides of the road to achieve the required width.

  • INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT PROHIBITION In accordance with Section 220-f of the Labor Law and Section 139-h of the State Finance Law, if this contract exceeds $5,000, the Contractor agrees, as a material condition of the contract, that neither the Contractor nor any substantially owned or affiliated person, firm, partnership or corporation has participated, is participating, or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the federal Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 USC App. Sections 2401 et seq.) or regulations thereunder. If such Contractor, or any of the aforesaid affiliates of Contractor, is convicted or is otherwise found to have violated said laws or regulations upon the final determination of the United States Commerce Department or any other appropriate agency of the United States subsequent to the contract's execution, such contract, amendment or modification thereto shall be rendered forfeit and void. The Contractor shall so notify the State Comptroller within five (5) business days of such conviction, determination or disposition of appeal (2NYCRR 105.4).

  • Forestry (a) An employee occupying an FLSA-exempt position shall have their overtime pay rate changed from one (1) hour of time off for every hour of authorized overtime worked that exceeds eight (8) or ten (10) hours in a day, whichever is applicable, or forty (40) hours in a workweek to time and one-half (1½) for any authorized overtime worked that exceeds eight (8) or ten (10) hours in a day, whichever is applicable, or forty (40) hours in a workweek when all of the following conditions are met:
