FINANCIAL PROTOCOL. 10.1 As part of the Parties wider commitment to combination, integration and joint working, the Parties have developed a Financial Protocol set out in Schedule 4 that establishes the principles of their financial relationship with effect from the Commencement Date. The Parties agree to be bound by the terms of the Financial Protocol and to fulfil their respective obligations there under.
