Fiber Meet Interconnection. A. Fiber Meet Interconnection between CenturyLink and **CLEC can occur at any mutually agreeable, economically and technically feasible point(s) between a CenturyLink End Office and **CLEC's premises within the local calling area. **CLEC shall request a Fiber Meet Point of Interconnection by submitting a BFR for the same pursuant to Section 16.
Fiber Meet Interconnection. 2.3.2.1 Fiber Meet Interconnection between CenturyTel and Charter can occur at any mutually agreeable, economically and technically feasible point(s) between a CenturyTel End Office and Charter's premises. The Parties shall establish a Fiber Meet Point of Interconnection within a commercially reasonable period following CenturyTel’s final acceptance of a request by Charter to establish a fiber meet point arrangement pursuant to Article III, Section 10.

BendTel shall request a Fiber Meet Point of Interconnection by submitting a BFR for the same pursuant to Article III, Section 10.
Fiber Meet Interconnection. 2.3.2.1 Fiber Meet Interconnection between CenturyTel and Sprint can occur at any technically feasible point(s) between a CenturyTel End Office and Sprint's premises within the local calling area. Sprint shall request a Fiber Meet Point of Interconnection by submitting a Bona Fide Request (BFR).

(5) other methods resulting from a Sprint request made pursuant to the Bona Fide Request/New Business Request process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions – Part A of this Agreement; and (6) any other methods as mutually agreed to by the Parties. In addition to the foregoing, when Interconnecting in its capacity as an FCC licensed wireless provider, Sprint may also purchase as a NIM under this Agreement Type 1, Type 2A and Type 2B Interconnection arrangements described in AT&T 9-STATE’s General Subscriber Services Tariff, Section A35, which shall be provided by AT&T 9-STATEs at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Fiber Meet Interconnection. 2.7.1 Fiber Meet Interconnection between AT&T 9-STATE and Sprint can occur at any Technically Feasible point between Sprint premises and an AT&T 9- STATE Central Office, within an MTA, or LATA, as applicable, or at any other mutually agreeable point.
Fiber Meet Interconnection. 2.3.2.1 If mutually agreed, which agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld, Fiber Meet Interconnection between CenturyLink and COMCAST can occur at any mutually agreeable, economically and Technically Feasible point(s) between a CenturyLink End Office or a CenturyLink Tandem Office and COMCAST's premises within the Local Calling Area with each Party being individually responsible for its incurred costs in establishing this arrangement. COMCAST shall request a Fiber Meet Point arrangement via request to their assigned Carrier Account Manager.
Fiber Meet Interconnection. 2.3.2.1 Fiber Meet Interconnection between CenturyLink and ELTOPIA can occur at any mutually agreeable, economically and technically feasible point(s) between a CenturyLink End Office and ELTOPIA's premises within the local calling area. ELTOPIA shall request a Fiber Meet Point of Interconnection by submitting a BFR for the same.

Fiber Meet Interconnection. 2.3.2.1 Fiber Meet Interconnection between CenturyLink and MCC can occur at any mutually agreeable, economically and technically feasible point(s) between a CenturyLink End Office and MCC's premises within the local calling area. MCC shall request a Fiber Meet Point of Interconnection by submitting a BFR for the same pursuant to Article III, Section 10.
