FCC Reports. Seller shall continue to file, on a current basis until the Closing Date, all reports and documents required to be filed with the FCC with respect to the Station. Seller shall provide Buyer with copies of all such filings within five business days of the filing with the FCC.
FCC Reports. Promptly upon their becoming available, copies of any and all periodic or special reports filed by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries with the FCC or with any other Federal, state or local governmental authority, if such reports indicate any material adverse change in the business, operations, affairs or condition of the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, and copies of any and all notices and other communications from the FCC or from any other Federal, state or local governmental authority with respect to the Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries or any Satellite relating to any matter that could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
FCC Reports. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.1.7, the Companies shall file on a current basis through the Closing Date all reports and documents required to be filed with the FCC with respect to the Station Licenses. Copies of each such report and document filed between the date hereof and the Closing Date shall be furnished to Buyer promptly after its filing.

The Entravision Parties, upon request, shall provide the Univision Parties with copies of all such filings within five Business Days of the filing with the FCC.
