Facility Administration. Connections Corrections East (Butte) is located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, 00000. The Connections Corrections East Butte program will house up to 62 male Alcohol and Drug Treatment offenders (the number of offenders is subject to change).
Facility Administration. WATCh East is located at the Eastmont Campus, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000. The WATCh East program will house up to 50 male and/or female fourth or subsequent Felony DUI Treatment offenders. Usage of the Eastmont facility is governed by Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM) 20.7.801, 20.7.804, 20.7.807, 20.7.810, 20.7.813, and 20.7.816.
Facility Administration. Each GSE shall administer its obligations under its portion of the Temporary Credit and Liquidity Facility with the same care, skill, prudence and diligence with which such GSE administers similar credit and liquidity facilities for its own account, giving due consideration to customary and usual standards of practice of prudent institutional commercial lenders administering their own credit facilities, in each case acting in accordance with applicable law, the terms of this Participation Agreement and the applicable Transaction Documents.

Contractor acknowledges that the Facility is located on property owned by another State agency (Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS)) and agrees to abide by all terms and conditions of the Inter-Departmental agreement, as applicable to Contractor’s operations (Reference Appendix A).

Xxxxxxxxxxxx Building on the Warm Springs State Hospital Campus, 000 Xxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000. The Dr, Xxxxxxxxxxxx Building will house up to 86 male Drug Treatment offenders. The Connections Corrections Program shares the Xx. Xxxxxxxxxxxx building with an 81 male 4th or subsequent Felony DUI offender program. Contractor acknowledges that the Facility is located on property owned by another State agency (Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS)) and agrees to abide by all terms and conditions of the Inter-Departmental agreement, as applicable to Contractor’s operations (Reference Appendix A).
Facility Administration. CSC shall have authority to fully and completely manage the operation of the Facility and to select, hire, train, supervise and discharge all of CSC's employees assigned to the Facility. CSC shall enter into all agreements and understandings which are normal, routine and reasonable for the general operations of he Facility under its own corporate identity, unless otherwise specified within this Agreement. CSC shall prepare Policies and Procedures Manuals covering the operation of all elements of the Facility and shall provide same to DM-OK for approval not later than ninety (90) days prior to the expected Service Commencement Date of the Facility. Any applicable license to use these materials at the Facility shall be obtained in accordance with Section 3.15 hereof. These manuals will constitute a comprehensive reference for all actions associated with the Facility and shall incorporate, but shall not be limited to, the following terms and conditions:
Facility Administration. The facility is located at the Morier Building at 00 Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000. The facility will house up to 16 male offenders and 4 female offenders. Contractor will provide offenders with an environment that complies with local, state, and federal health and safety laws and regulations. Contractor will coordinate with the State about any press releases or communications with the public regarding facility operations or status of COVID-19 cases. Contractor will conduct annual and quarterly inspections as recommended by the authority having jurisdiction, or if applicable, as specified by the equipment manufacturer. Contractor will maintain records of inspections by local, state, and federal authorities and will provide copies of such records to the State within thirty (30) days of their receipt. State reserves the right to request additional documentation of the facility’s inspection reports as needed. Contractor will forward reports of violation to the State within five (5) working days of their receipt, along with subsequent plans of correction and final agency disposition with regard to the report of violation. This shall include violations corrected at the time of inspection. Contractor will submit a “Facility Condition Inventory,” describing the overall condition of the facility and any component systems to xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xx.xxx within thirty (30) calendar days of this facility becoming operational and annually. This inventory shall be in a format designated by the State.

The Helena Prerelease will house up to 99 104 male prerelease and 6 male WATCh Aftercare offenders. There are no changes to 4.A.1 through 4.A.2.
