Expenses Reimbursable. Subject to written authorization by Sprint in accordance with Section 6.0 [Travel Expenses] Sprint will reimburse Service Provider for reasonable out of pocket travel expenses actually incurred by Service Provider employees, only to the extent the expenses are (i) incurred and reported in accordance with Sprint’s expense reimbursement policies for Service Providers in effect from time to time (available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxx), (ii) authorized by Sprint in writing, (iii) reasonable, and (iv) not in excess of [*] of the Fees chargeable pursuant to this Fourteenth Amendment.
