Common use of Exchange Date Clause in Contracts

Exchange Date. Delivery of the assets of the Acquired Fund to be transferred, assumption of the liabilities of the Acquired Fund to be assumed, and delivery of the Merger Shares to be issued shall be made at the offices of Natixis Asset Management Advisors, L.P., 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX 00000, as of the close of business on February 15, 2008, or at such other time and date agreed to by the Acquiring Fund and the Acquired Fund, the date and time upon which such delivery is to take place being referred to herein as the "Exchange Date."

Exchange Date. Delivery of the assets of the Acquired Fund to be transferred, assumption of the liabilities of the Acquired Fund to be assumed, and delivery of the Merger Shares to be issued shall be made at the offices of Natixis IXIS Asset Management Advisors, L.P.Services Company, 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX 00000, as of the close of business on February 15March 18, 20082005, or at such other time and date agreed to by the Acquiring Fund and the Acquired Fund, the date and time upon which such delivery is to take place being referred to herein as the "Exchange Date."
