EVALUATION OF EMPLOYEES. 22.1 All employees shall be continuously subject to evaluation of their performance of all job responsibilities. The Superintendent shall have complete discretionary authority to assign responsibility for evaluation of specific employees to such administrators and/or other persons as the Superintendent may designate.
