Evaluation of Activities. A3.6.6.1 The Contractor must provide individually evaluation of all activities including but not limited to: workshops: issue evaluation sheet to individuals at the end of the workshop and provide a report at the end of each month; counsellor sessions: all clients to be issued with an evaluation sheet at the end of their time with the Career Transition Service. Responses aggregated as part of a monthly report. and; an aggregated evaluation at the completion of the period of support.

Evaluation of Activities. The Donor reserves the right to review or evaluate the Activities financed by the Account. The Donor and the CEB shall agree on the scope and conduct of such review or evaluation, and the CEB shall provide all relevant information within the limits of its policies and procedures. All associated costs will be borne by the Donor, unless otherwise agreed. It is understood that any such review or evaluation will not constitute an audit of the Account, and that any audit will be performed solely in accordance with Paragraph 2.3 of this Agreement.

  • Description of Activities The objectives of the activities (Activities) to be financed under this Trust Fund are to contribute to: (a) enhanced capacity for effective policy formulation in the countries of grant recipients of the African Capacity Building Foundation (variously, “ACBF” or “Recipient”); and (b) improvements in the management of ACBF’s operations.   • Evaluation of Students Acknowledging the District’s adopted grading system, the teacher shall maintain the right and responsibility to determine grades and other evaluation of a student. No grade or evaluation shall be changed except by the teacher with the approval of the building administrator.

  • Activities of Daily Living The basic tasks of everyday life, such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring.

  • Commercial Activities Neither Contractor nor its employees shall establish any commercial activity or issue concessions or permits of any kind to Third Parties for establishing commercial activities on the Site or any other lands owned or controlled by Owner.

  • Program Activities Grantee must use the Grant Funds as set forth in Exhibit A (the “Program”).

  • Programs and Activities If the sponsor has received a grant (or other federal assistance) for any of the sponsor’s program or activities, these requirements extend to all of the sponsor’s programs and activities.
