Common use of Environmental Management Plan Clause in Contracts

Environmental Management Plan. Prior to the commencement of any demolition and remedial works an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) must be prepared for the site and submitted to the City’s Area Planning Manager for written approval prior to the commencement of work. The EMP must consider all potential environmental impacts from the approved works including but not limited to sedimentation control, contamination containment, stockpiles, noise and vibration, odours and dust emissions. All works must be undertaken onsite in accordance with the approved Environmental Management Plan.
