ENTOMOLOGIST’S CERTIFICATE. 14.1 The Seller shall at his own expense and before Date of Transfer, provide the Buyer with a certificate from a government-approved entomologist certifying that the buildings on the Property are free from infestation by timber destroying insects.

ENTOMOLOGIST’S CERTIFICATE. The SELLER undertakes to obtain a Clearance Certificate issued by an accredited technician, registered with the South African Pest Control Association certifying that there are no active timber destroying insects, ants and/or European long horn house borer in the timber components of the UNIT. In the event that there is evidence of infestation or damage by any of the aforesaid pests, the SELLER shall at his expense and within 21 (TWENTY ONE) days after receipt of the report, have the buildings treated and rendered free from apparent infestation and such work is to be completed and Certificate issued before transfer is registered.
ENTOMOLOGIST’S CERTIFICATE. 15.1. Should an Entomologist’s Certificate be called for by a financial institution lending the purchaser all or part of the Purchase Price on the security of the Property, this cost shall be for the account of the Seller. Should treatment be required then that treatment will be for the account of the Seller.

Should there be evidence of any such infestation, the Seller shall, at his expense, cause such infestation to be eradicated within 21 (Twenty One) days of being advised thereof, to enable such a report or certificate to be issued.

Duties of a Nurse Manager will substantially include, but are not confined to:  Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others Including the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Nurse Educator, particularly in the areas of action research and quality assurance programs;  Staff selection and education; allocation and rostering of staff;  Occupational health;  Initiation and evaluation of research related to staff and resource management;  Participating in policy development and implementation;  Acting as a consultant on request in the employee’s own area of proficiency (for the purpose of facilitating the provision of quality nursing care);  Being accountable for the management of human and material resources within a specified span of control, including the development and evaluation of staffing methodologies; and  Managing financial matters, budget preparation and cost control in respect of nursing within that span of control. Duties of a Nurse Educator will substantially include, but are not confined to:  Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others including the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Nurse Manager, particularly in the areas of action research;  Implementation and evaluation of staff education and development programs;  Staff selection;  Implementation and evaluation of patient or client education programs;

  • Replacement Certificates If, on the date a Securityholder’s escrow securities are to be released, the Escrow Agent holds a share certificate or other evidence representing more escrow securities than are to be released, the Escrow Agent will deliver the share certificate or other evidence to the Issuer or its transfer agent and request replacement share certificates or other evidence. The Issuer will cause replacement share certificates or other evidence to be prepared and delivered to the Escrow Agent. After the Escrow Agent receives the replacement share certificates or other evidence, the Escrow Agent will send to the Securityholder or at the Securityholder’s direction, the replacement share certificate or other evidence of the escrow securities released. The Escrow Agent and Issuer will act as soon as reasonably practicable.
