Entire Property. Purchaser acknowledges that this Agreement is made with respect to the purchase and sale of the entire Property and that the nothing contained herein shall be construed as giving Purchaser the right to purchase only part thereof.

Entire Property. Notwithstanding the division of the Total Purchase Price for the Property into the Phase Prices for the planned Phases, Purchaser is contracting to purchase the entire Property, subject to the terms of this PSA and the Development Agreement, and not merely individual Phases.
Entire Property. Each Lot shall be developed pursuant to a conditional use permit issued by the City. No portion of the Entire Property may be occupied by any use which is in violation of applicable ordinances, laws, and regulations of any governmental entity having jurisdiction over the use of any portion of the Entire Property.

Except as provided in Section 10.2.3 or Article 12, Buyer shall have no right whatsoever to terminate this Agreement with respect to selected facilities included within the Property and Buyer shall not have any right to buy any portion of the Property other than the entire Property described in this Agreement. Similarly, Seller shall have no right to require Buyer to buy any portion of the Property other than the entire Property and Buyer shall have no obligation to buy any portion of the Property other than the entire Property.
Entire Property. This Option may be exercised only with respect to the entirety of the Property, and nothing contained herein shall be construed as permitting Owner to sell less than all of the Property pursuant to this option. Upon exercise of this option, Optionee shall be obligated to purchase the Property from Owner, and Owner shall be obligated to sell the Property to Optionee, for the price and in the manner herein set forth.
