Common use of Employment at Will Clause in Contracts

Employment at Will. This Agreement is not intended to and shall not be understood in any manner as affecting or modifying the at-will status of your employment with the Company. As an at-will employee either you or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without cause or notice. The obligations of Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 herein shall survive the termination of the employment relationship or of this Agreement.
