Common use of Employees of the Company Clause in Contracts

Employees of the Company. Except as agreed to in writing by the Buyer and the Sellers, during the Restricted Period, the Sellers shall not, directly or indirectly, hire or solicit any Employee or encourage any such Employee to leave such employment.
