Employee Names. 27.5.1 The employer, except as provided for in subclause 26.5.2 of this clause, shall supply to the Union (upon written request) a list of names and addresses of all workers covered by the “NZ Cleaners and Cleaning Contractors Multi Employer Collective Employment Agreement 2018- 2019”, but not more frequently than every 2 months.

For newly hired employees, the Association will receive notification within 30 days of the date of hire or by the first pay period of the month following hire. The District shall provide a hard copy of the District Directory to the Association on or by September 1 and February 1 of each school year.

The District shall inform CSEA of such names and work locations by providing a copy of each board agenda and minutes to the President of CSEA Chapter #47.
Employee Names. The Employer will make available to the Treasurer of the Union the names of all employees separated from the payroll, recalled or rehired, on layoff or on leave of absence.
