Employee Bulletin Boards. The Appointing Authority shall furnish and maintain adequate bulletin board space in convenient places in the work areas to be used exclusively by the Union for posting pertinent Union information. It is specifically understood that posted materials shall not advocate any course of action contrary to the provisions of this Agreement nor shall it contain material of a partisan political or inflammatory nature.

Employee Bulletin Boards. The Employer agrees to furnish and maintain suitable bulletin boards in convenient places to be used by the Union. The Union shall limit its posting of notices and bulletins to such bulletin boards.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.
