Dues Remission. The aggregate deductions of all employees shall be remitted, by the Commissioner of Minnesota Management & Budget, together with an itemized statement, to the Minnesota Government Engineering Council no later than ten (10) days following the end of each payroll period.

  • SHIFT AND WEEKEND PREMIUMS 39.1 An employee working on shifts shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for all hours worked, including overtime hours, between 16:00 and 08:00. The shift premium will not be paid for hours worked between 08:00 and 16:00.

As used in this certification, the term “segregated facilities” means any waiting rooms, work areas, rest rooms and wash rooms, restaurants and other eating areas, time clocks, locker rooms, and other storage or dressing areas, parking lots, drinking fountains, recreation or entertainment areas, transportation and housing facilities provided for employees which are segregated by explicit directive or are, in fact, segregated on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin because of habit, local custom, or any other reason. The Contractor further agrees that (except where it has obtained for specific time periods) it will obtain identical certification from proposed subcontractors prior to the award of subcontracts exceeding $10,000 which are not exempt from the provisions of the equal opportunity clause; that it will retain such certifications in its files; and that it will forward the preceding notice to such proposed subcontractors (except where proposed subcontractors have submitted identical certifications for specific time periods).

Furniture or fixtures are assigned to residence facilities and common areas on a room or area basis by UCF DHRL, and may not be moved or transferred from the assigned room or area without prior written or electronically reproducible permission from UCF DHRL. Changes or modifications to residence accommodations are prohibited, unless specifically authorized by a prior written or electronically reproducible approval from UCF DHRL.
