The Company shall also deliver promptly to Xxxxxxx Securities, Inc., as representative of the Holders participating in the offering, copies of the registration statement and all amendments and correspondence between the Commission and the Company respect to the registration statement and permit Xxxxxxx Securities, Inc., as representative of the Holders, to do such investigation with respect to information contained in or omitted from the registration statement as it deems reasonably necessary. Each Holder shall furnish to the Company such information regarding itself, the Registrable Securities held by it, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall be reasonably required to effect the registration of the Registrable Securities.
