DISCONTINUED SERVICES. Company reserves the right to cease offering or providing any of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice. Although Company makes great effort to maximize the lifespan of all its Services, there are times when a Service we offer will be discontinued. If that is the case, that product or service will no longer be supported by Company. In such case, Company will either offer a comparable Service for you to migrate to or a refund. Company will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any of the Services we may offer or facilitate access to.
DISCONTINUED SERVICES. 7.4.1 Without prejudice to condition 14 or any other right of suspension or termination of Services under these Conditions, Digital Origin shall have the right to discontinue the Managed Services Support Services in respect of specified Equipment and/or Leased Equipment (without further liability to the Client) in the event that Digital Origin’s supplier and/or the manufacturer has ceased to supply such Equipment and/or Leased Equipment PROVIDED THAT Digital Origin shall notify the Client as soon as reasonably possible after it is aware of any cessation in supply of the Equipment and/or Leased Equipment and shall arrange with the Client to either terminate the Contract or replace or upgrade the affected Equipment and/or Leased Equipment at the Client’s expense.
DISCONTINUED SERVICES. 7.4.1 Without prejudice to condition 14 or any other right of suspension or termination of Services under these Conditions, Pericom shall have the right to discontinue the Managed Services Support Services in respect of specified Equipment and/or Leased Equipment (without further liability to the Client) in the event that Pericom’s supplier and/or the manufacturer has ceased to supply such Equipment and/or Leased Equipment PROVIDED THAT Pericom shall notify the Client as soon as reasonably possible after it is aware of any cessation in supply of the Equipment and/or Leased Equipment and shall arrange with the Client to either terminate the Contract or replace or upgrade the affected Equipment and/or Leased Equipment at the Client’s expense.
DISCONTINUED SERVICES. 7.4.1 Without prejudice to condition 14 or any other right of suspension or termination of Services under these Conditions, Guru Technology shall have the right to discontinue the Maintenance Services in respect of specified Equipment and/or Leased Equipment (without further liability to the Client) in the event that Guru Technology's supplier and/or the manufacturer has ceased to supply such Equipment and/or Leased Equipment PROVIDED THAT Guru Technology shall notify the Client as soon as reasonably possible after it is aware of any cessation in supply of the Equipment and/or Leased Equipment and shall arrange with the Client to either terminate the Contract or replace or upgrade the affected Equipmentand/or Leased Equipment at the Client's expense.
DISCONTINUED SERVICES. Upon receipt of a Discontinued Service Notice, as such term is defined in Section 5.1 below, US Airways will cease CTMS Sales Services regarding such CTMS Service.
DISCONTINUED SERVICES. Upon receipt of a Discontinued Service Notice, as such term is defined in Section 5.1 below, United will cease Sales Services regarding such Galileo Service or feature.
DISCONTINUED SERVICES. Upon receipt of a Discontinued Service Notice, as such term is defined in 5.1 below, United will cease CTMS Sales Services regarding such CTMS Service.
DISCONTINUED SERVICES. 7.4.1 Without prejudice to condition 14 or any other right of suspension or termination of Services under these Conditions, Beyond Networks shall have the right to discontinue the Managed Services Support Services in respect of specified Equipment and/or Leased Equipment (without further liability to the Client) in the event that Beyond Networks’s supplier and/or the manufacturer has ceased to supply such Equipment and/or Leased Equipment PROVIDED THAT Beyond Networks shall notify the Client as soon as reasonably possible after it is aware of any cessation in supply of the Equipment and/or Leased Equipment and shall arrange with the Client to either terminate the Contract or replace or upgrade the affected Equipment and/or Leased Equipment at the Client’s expense.
DISCONTINUED SERVICES. Upon receipt of a Discontinued Service Notice, as such term is defined in Section 5.1 below, US Airways will cease Sales Services regarding such Galileo Service or feature.
DISCONTINUED SERVICES. SUFS reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue use of the software at any time, for any reason. SUFS will not be liable to Buyer for the effect that any changes to the software may have on Buyer.
