Company will provide to Investor for review and approval prior to filing or issuing any current, periodic or public report, proxy or registration statement, press release, public statement or communication relating to or referencing Investor, any Transaction Documents or the transactions contemplated thereby.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company will not publicly disclose the name of Purchaser, or include the name of Purchaser in any filing with the Commission or any regulatory agency or Trading Market, without the prior written consent of Purchaser, except to the extent such disclosure is required by the Act, Exchange Act or Trading Market regulations, in which case Company will provide Purchaser with prior notice of such disclosure.
