Director of Care. ‌ The Cupar & District Nursing Home Inc., an affiliate of the SHA, is seeking a TEMPORARY FULL TIME OUT OF SCOPE DIRECTOR OF CARE who will be responsible for the nursing operations of the 45 bed long term care facility, located only 45 miles northeast of Regina. The length will be May 3, 2021 to April 30, 2022 (with potential to extend). The Director of Care will: • assist the Executive Director in the management of all aspects of the Nursing Department including the efficient use of physical, financial and human resources • ensure the provision of quality resident care through effective and efficient program delivery, staff training and education and complete and timely resident reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES: • provide direction to the Resident Care department staff through the implementation and evaluation of nursing service quality improvement initiatives and risk management systems, data collection and analysis, report writing, related meetings and procedural updates. • address resident, family and staff concerns. • take the lead in the co-ordination and implementation of best practice and risk management initiatives related to resident care management and assessment in the meeting of Accreditation standards. • effectively manage purchasing, ordering and monitoring of nursing supplies within the established budget. • act as a liaison and facility contact within the SHA and former RQHR • maintain a system for resident care assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation that maximizes staff resources and contributes to the Cupar & District Nursing Home Inc. values and approach to resident care. • conduct general orientation and nursing performance appraisals and initiate investigation and corrective actions related to the delivery of nursing service. • Other duties as required including some responsibilities of the Executive Director during his absence. QUALIFICATIONS: ▪ graduate from an accredited school of nursing and is currently registered or eligible for registration with the SRNA or RPNAS ▪ proven administrative and management experience in health care delivery with a demonstrated understanding and commitment to Long Term Care ▪ awareness of the needs of geriatric residents, infection control practices, principles of adult education and quality improvement ▪ demonstrated leadership, planning, time management and communication skills ▪ computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; a familiarity with MDS and Care Organizer an asset ▪ famil...

  • Standards of Care Seller shall comply with all applicable requirements of Law, the Transmission Provider, Utility Distribution Company, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, FERC, NERC and WECC in its scheduling, interconnection, operation and maintenance of the Project and as contemplated by this Agreement. Seller shall (a) acquire and maintain all Governmental Approvals necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Project consistent with Safety Requirements; (b) Notify Buyer of any material modifications or lapse in renewal of Governmental Approvals; and (c) at Buyer’s request, provide to Buyer digital copies of any Governmental Approvals. Nothing hereunder shall cause Buyer to assume any liability or obligation with respect to Seller’s compliance obligations with respect to the Project under any new or existing Laws, rules, or regulations.

  • Foot Care We do not Cover foot care, in connection with corns, calluses, flat feet, fallen arches, weak feet, chronic foot strain or symptomatic complaints of the feet.

  • Duty of Care It is understood and agreed that, in furnishing the Company with the services as herein provided, neither the Transfer Agent, nor any officer, director or agent thereof shall be held liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with their actions under this Agreement so long as they act in good faith and with due diligence, and are not negligent or guilty of any willful misconduct. It is further understood and agreed that the Transfer Agent may rely upon information furnished to it reasonably believed to be accurate and reliable. In the event the Transfer Agent is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement because of an act of God, strike or equipment or transmission failure reasonably beyond its control, the Transfer Agent shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such failure.

  • QUALITY OF CARE (a) The SUDRF shall assure that any and all eligible beneficiaries receive substance use treatment that complies with the standards in Article 3.3, above, and the TRICARE/CHAMPUS Standards for Inpatient Rehabilitation and Partial Hospitalization for the Treatment of Substance Use Disorders.

  • General Care ● Do not do anything to the District-issued Device that may permanently alter them in any way. ● Do not remove any serial numbers or identification marks placed on the District-issued Device. ● Keep the District-issued Device clean (e.g., do not eat or drink while using the Computing Device). ● TJUHSD does not provide backup services for any District-issued Device. Students should not store important documents on District-issued Device. District technicians will not attempt to recover lost data on District-issued Device.   • Coordination of Care (a) The MA Dual SNP is responsible for coordinating the delivery of all benefits covered by both Medicare and Medicaid for Dual Eligible Members and Other Dual SNP Members who are eligible for LTSS including when benefits are delivered via Medicaid fee-for-service, making reasonable efforts to coordinate Medicare Advantage benefits provided by the MA Dual SNP with LTSS provided through Texas Health and Human Services Commission and the STAR+PLUS HMOs.
