DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE. The support representative may download, run, or use software on your computer to remove the malware and restore the computer to its pre-infection operating condition. This software includes software that can control your computer remotely along with toolbars and other utilities (collectively “Diagnostic Software”). You shall accept any agreement required to use the Diagnostic Software. Use of the Diagnostic Software shall not require any payment from you.
DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE. Software used to evaluate or maintain Xerox equipment ("Diagnostic Software") may be embedded in, reside on, or may be loaded onto Xerox equipment. The Diagnostic Software and method of entry or access to it constitute valuable trade secrets of Xerox. Title to Diagnostic Software shall at all times remain solely with Xerox and/or its licensors. You agree that (a) your acquisition of the equipment does not grant you a license or right to use Diagnostic Software in any manner, and (b) that unless separately licensed by Xerox to do so, you will not access, use, reproduce, distribute, or disclose Diagnostic Software for any purpose (or allow third parties to do so). You agree at all times to allow Xerox to access, monitor, and otherwise take steps to prevent unauthorized use or reproduction of Diagnostic Software and to remove or disable Diagnostic Software. 16. PRINTER AGREEMENT. The following Equipment models are subject to the Printer Agreement described herein: Xerox B230, Xerox B225, Xerox B235, Xerox B310, Xerox B305, Xerox B315, Xerox C230, Xerox C235, Xerox C310, Xerox C315, Xerox C410, Xerox B410. Please read before opening: Opening this package, installing the printer device software, or using the products inside confirms your acceptance of these contract terms: This printer is designed to work only with genuine original manufacturer supplies and you agree to only use genuine original manufacturer supplies with this printer. The installed supplies (Toner Cartridge, Imaging Unit) inside the printer are subject to a restriction that they be used only once and returned only to the original manufacturer for remanufacturing or recycling. Supplies without this single-use term are available through the original manufacturer and may be remanufactured by you, or a third-party, as the only supply alternatives to be used with the printer. 17. Software used to maintain the Equipment and/or diagnose its failures or substandard performance (collectively “Diagnostic Software”) is embedded in, resides on, or may be loaded onto the Equipment. The Diagnostic Software and method of entry or access to it constitute valuable trade secrets of Xerox. Title to the Diagnostic Software shall at all times remain solely with Xerox and/or Xerox’s licensors. You agree that (a) your acquisition of the Equipment does not grant you a license or right to use the Diagnostic Software in any manner, and (b) that unless separately licensed by Xerox to do so, you will not use, reproduce, distribute, or disclose the Diagnostic Software for any purpose (or allow third parties to do so). You agree at all times (including subsequent to the expiration of this Agreement) to allow Xerox to access, monitor, and otherwise take steps to prevent unauthorized use or reproduction of the Diagnostic Software.
DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE. Upon MORPHO’S request, CITY will allow MORPHO to install on CITY’S system such diagnostic software as MORPHO reasonable deems necessary to perform its obligations hereunder.
DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE. NCR may provide Products to you that include software, data, documentation, and other material that NCR uses to diagnose the operation of Products (ADiagnostic Tools@). Diagnostic software may be firmware or it may be loaded in memory from disks or other media. The Diagnostic Tools are not licensed for use by any person other than XXX Xxxxxxxxxxx. Diagnostic Tools are the confidential intellectual property of NCR and are provided solely to assist NCR in supporting its Products. They may not be copied, disclosed to any third party (except under the same terms as under Section 6.2(c)), or used by any person for any purpose whatsoever without NCR's express written consent. NCR may delete or remove Diagnostic Tools at any time without notice. NCR PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES FOR DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR THEIR USE BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN NCR.
DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE. This condition applies only if the equipment is computer-based with disk or tape loading capabilities. The Contractor agrees that equipment purchased by OHSU for which a software license agreement is required for proprietary computer programs, the license will include diagnostic maintenance software as well as the routine operating software. This is to allow OHSU to verify actual equipment failure and components involved before service is performed. The capability to use diagnostic programs will reduce the number of unnecessary service calls due to operator error and protect OHSU’s investment in cases where Contractor is no longer available to service the equipment.

DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE. When applicable, Seller shall, at no cost to Unisys, provide Unisys with sufficient copies of existing Diagnostic Software for the Products. Seller hereby grants to Unisys non-exclusive and non-transferable license to copy and reproduce the Diagnostic Software solely for the purpose of the Unisys maintenance organization to meet the demands of the service delivery. The terms of this license shall continue until such time that Unisys no longer provides Product support services to its end-users.
DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE. Not applicable, Infant Protection Systems/Wandering Patient Systems do not require diagnostic software.
