Common use of Designation and Issue Clause in Contracts

Designation and Issue. In accordance with the Principal Indenture the Corporation is authorized to issue under this Fourth Supplemental Indenture the Notes as a series of Debentures, which will have the respective terms set out in this Section 4.1 in addition to the terms set out in the Principal Indenture.
