Common use of Delivery of Keys Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Keys. The resident agrees to deliver to the Department of Housing & Student Life their room key and mailbox key in proper working condition upon the completion of the term outlined in paragraph 3.1, upon withdrawal from residence by the Resident, or upon the Department of Housing & Student Life terminating the resident’s contract pursuant to paragraph 4.1

Delivery of Keys. The resident Resident agrees to deliver to the Department of Housing & Student Residence Life their room key the Room Key, mailbox key, and mailbox key Residence ID Card in proper working condition upon the completion of the term outlined in paragraph 3.11.1, upon withdrawal from residence the Residence by the Resident, or upon the Department of Housing & Student Residence Life terminating the residentResident’s contract tenancy pursuant to paragraph 4.15.1.
