Definition of Family Violence. For the purposes of this clause, family violence is as defined by the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 (Vic) which defines family violence at section 5, in part, as follows:
Definition of Family Violence. Family violence includes physical, sexual, financial, verbal or emotional abuse of a person by an immediate family member, or who has been or is in a continuing social relationship of a romantic or intimate nature with the victim, or who is or has continually or at regular intervals lived in the same household as the victim.
