Correspondence Between the Parties. Correspondence between the Parties relating to the negotiation and administration of this Collective Agreement shall be between the President of the Association and/or its Executive Director and the Vice-President (Human Resources). The foregoing shall not prohibit the communication by the President of the Association with the President of the University or his/her designate.
Correspondence Between the Parties. All correspondence between the parties, arising out of this agreement or incidental thereto, shall pass to and from the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board and the Secretary of the Union.
Correspondence Between the Parties a) All correspondence to the Union pertaining to the interpretation, administration, or application of this collective agreement shall be addressed to the Union.
Correspondence Between the Parties. 10:01 a) All correspondence between the parties, arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto, except grievances and written enquiries, shall pass between the Director of Human Resources or designate and the Recording Secretary of the Union or designate.

All correspondence between the parties hereto, arising out of this agreement or incidental hereto, shall pass to and from the Director or designate and the Unit Chairperson or designate in his/her absence as well as the CUPE National Representative. It is the Union’s responsibility to ensure that the Employer is made aware of any changes to the Unit Chairperson within ten (10) working days.
