Copies of the original UCC-1 financing statement, and any continuation statements, filed by the originator of such Cooperative Loan as secured party, each with evidence of recording thereof, evidencing the interest of the originator under the Security Agreement and the Assignment of Proprietary Lease;
Copies of the articles or certificate of incorporation (or the equivalent thereof) of each Credit Party, in each case, together with all amendments thereto, and a certificate of good standing, each certified by the appropriate governmental officer in its jurisdiction of organization.

Section 5318 or otherwise necessary for the Administrative Agent or any Lender to verify the identity of the Borrower as required by Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act, 31 U.S.C. Section 5318.
Copies of the articles or certificate of incorporation (or the equivalent thereof) of each Credit Party, in each case, together with all amendments thereto, and a certificate of good standing, each certified by the appropriate governmental officer in its jurisdiction of organization and accompanied by a certification by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of such Credit Party that there have been no changes in the matters certified by such governmental officer since the date of such governmental officer's certification.
Copies of the articles of incorporation of the Borrower and the Guarantor, together with all amendments, and a certificate of good standing, each certified by the appropriate governmental officer in its jurisdiction of incorporation.
Copies of the various Trust documents are available for examination at the Union, Committee, and the J.I.A.B. offices.
Copies of the organizational papers of the Borrower certified as true and correct by the Secretary of State of the state in which the Borrower is organized, and a certificate of existence from the Secretary of State of the state in which the Borrower is organized and certificates of the Secretary of State of those other States in which the Borrower is legally required to qualify to transact business as a foreign corporation, certifying that such corporation is in good standing as a corporation in such State;
