COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT PERIOD AND INCREMENTAL FUNDING. For the purpose of Social Innovation Fund Cooperative Agreements, a project period is the complete length of time an Awardee is proposed to be funded to complete approved activities under the agreement. A project period may contain one or more budget periods. A budget period is a specific interval of time for which Federal funds are being provided to fund an Awardee's approved activities and budget. Unless otherwise specified, the Awardee’s Cooperative Agreement covers a five-year project period. In approving a multi-year project period, the Corporation generally makes an initial award for the first year of operation. Additional funding is contingent upon satisfactory performance and the availability of funds. The project period and the budget period are noted on the Notice of Grant Award.

  • Pricing Increase Requests Subsequent to the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term and in accordance with the schedule for price adjustments established by OGS, Contractor may request an increase in the pricing contained in the Centralized Contract by submitting an update request based on change in pricing level as contained in Appendix C, Contract Modification Procedure to the OGS Contract Administrator. With any price increase request, in addition to the requirements contained in Appendix C, the Contractor must certify in writing that the price change for the Services is the same as its pricing in its GSA Supply Schedule, and that Contractor documents the request to the satisfaction of the State.

  • CONCESSION PAYMENT AND INCREASE A. For the Initial Term of the Agreement, Concessionaire shall pay Department a minimum Concession Payment of Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dollars in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B as consideration for the Concession, license and privilege granted. For subsequent Renewal Terms, if any, Concessionaire shall pay Department in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Tax Increment Financing The Redevelopment Agreement provides for the capture of the Tax Increment, as defined therein, by the City of the Redeveloper Improvements to be made by the Redeveloper for a period not to exceed fifteen (15) years after the Redevelopment Project effective date defined in the Redevelopment Agreement. The Tax Increment so captured by the City shall be used for to make the Redeveloper Improvements as described in the Redevelopment Agreement.
