CONTROL PROGRAM. Contractor shall develop and maintain a quality control program to ensure Services are performed in accordance with the specifications and standards required by this Contract and Purchase Order. Contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective Services. The Quality Program and procedures shall be reviewed and approved by Purchaser before Contractor commences work. The quality control program shall include a description of specific monitoring techniques for all Services included in the work schedule. The Quality Program must include an inspection plan covering all required Services; frequency of inspections and the position of the employee(s) who will perform the inspection; the method of identifying deficiencies in the quality of Services; a plan to periodically conduct audits of all Contractor's employees to maintain quality standards; and a plan to ensure sufficient backup employees and continuity of service. Backup employees must be adequately trained to ensure the standards of Contract performance required at Purchaser’s location(s) are achieved. The quality control program and all changes are subject to review and approval by Purchaser. Contractor shall provide Purchaser with no less than five (5) days written notice prior to implementing any changes to the quality control program.

CONTROL PROGRAM. Contractor shall develop and maintain a Quality Control Program (Quality Program) to ensure required services are performed in accordance with the specifications and standards required by the contract. Contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services. The Quality Program and procedures shall be reviewed and approved by Purchaser or Designee before Contractor commences work at location(s).
CONTROL PROGRAM. The Consultant shall establish and follow a quality control program throughout duration of the Contract. The Quality Control Program will identify review personnel and describe the procedures to be used to verify, to independently check, and to review all Deliverables prepared, as well as any function, activity, or task as part of this Contract. The Quality Control Program will specify the manner for documenting the check and review processes, recording required procedures, and verification of work activities. It will provide for internal reviews and will detail the frequency and types of reviews to be conducted for the specific job to ensure compliance with quality standards. The City Project Manager, at his/her sole discretion, may request a copy of the Quality Control Program from the Consultant. Throughout the Contract duration, the Consultant will maintain quality control procedures as covered in the approved Quality Control Program and documentation of the Consultant’s internal reviews for inspection by the City Project Manager. The City Project Manager will have the option to review proposed Deliverables in the Consultant’s office periodically to verify that proper quality control procedures are employed in the development process.
CONTROL PROGRAM. The Contractor shall establish a complete quality control program to assure the requirements of the awarded contract are provided as specified. Within five (5) working days prior to the starting date of the contract, the Contractor shall submit a copy of their program to the CGA. CONTROL PROGRAM. 2.21.1 Contractor shall implement a process for identifying trends in the schedule and costs associated with the Work, in accordance with Exhibit L and Section 2.21.2 (“Contractor Trend Program”). The Contractor Trend Program shall interface with the Owners’ overall change control program for the construction of the Facility as described below. All trends identified by the Contractor Trend Program shall be jointly reviewed by the Parties on a weekly basis, and presented to the Owners’ change control board for the Facility on a monthly basis.
