Conflict in Language. All work performed must conform to all applicable City of Xxxxxxxx codes, ordinances, and requirements as outlined in this Agreement. If there is a conflict in interpretation between provisions in this Agreement and those in Exhibit "A", the provisions in this Agreement prevail.
Conflict in Language. All Work and Deliverables will conform to all applicable City codes, ordinances and requirements. If there is a conflict in interpretation between provisions in this Contract and any Exhibits thereto, the provisions in this Contract will prevail.
Conflict in Language. In the event of any discrepancy between the information in the RFP and the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement shall prevail. The City reserves the right to modify and/or amend the attached Agreement prior to final execution. The RFP will be an exhibit to the final Agreement.

Conflict in Language the Division’s Right to Clarify, and Contract Amendments In the event of a conflict in language among the five (5) documents referenced above, or any ambiguities, conflicts, or questions of interpretation of the Contract, any such instances shall be resolved as follows:
