Common use of Concerning the Collateral Agent Clause in Contracts

Concerning the Collateral Agent. Wilmington Trust, National Association is entering into this Agreement solely in its capacity as Collateral Agent under the Indenture and not in its individual capacity. In acting hereunder, the Collateral Agent shall be entitled to all of the rights, privileges and immunities set forth in the Indenture as if such rights, privileges and immunities were set forth herein.

Concerning the Collateral Agent. Wilmington Trust, National Association is entering into this Agreement Notice solely in its capacity as Collateral Agent under the Indenture and not in its individual or corporate capacity.
