Common use of Compliance with Applicable Laws Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Applicable Laws. Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of Buyer, and shall deliver to Buyer, upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.

Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, predatory and abusive lending laws, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the origination and servicing of the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller Company shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of BuyerPurchaser’s inspection, and shall deliver to Buyer, the Purchaser upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.;

Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or opportunity, predatory, abusive and fair lending and disclosure laws applicable to the origination and servicing of the Mortgage Loan Loan, including, without limitation, any provisions relating to prepayment penalties, have been complied with, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller Company shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of BuyerPurchaser’s inspection, and shall deliver to Buyer, the Purchaser upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.;

Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, fair housing, equal credit opportunity or and disclosure laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and the Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of BuyerPurchaser's inspection, and shall deliver to Buyer, the Purchaser upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.;

Any and all applicable requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan Loan, including any origination by the Company of the Mortgage Loan, to the best of the Seller’s knowledge and belief, have been complied with, with by the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain Company in its possession, available for the inspection of Buyer, and shall deliver to Buyer, upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirementsmaterial respects.

Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, predatory, equal credit opportunity opportunity, fair lending or disclosure laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller Company shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of BuyerPurchaser’s inspection, and shall deliver to Buyer, the Purchaser upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.;

Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the origination and servicing of the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of Buyer's inspection, and shall deliver to Buyer, Buyer upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.

Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possessionpossession or under its control, available for the inspection of BuyerPurchaser's inspection, after reasonable notice to Seller, and shall deliver to Buyerthe Purchaser (i) with respect to Servicing Released Mortgage Loans, on the related Transfer Date and (ii) with respect to Servicing Retained Mortgage Loans, upon demandrequest, in each case, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.;

Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, regulations and Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of Buyer's inspection, and shall deliver to Buyer, upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.;

Compliance with Applicable Laws. Any and all requirements of ------------------------------- any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-in- lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the servicing of the Mortgage Loan Loans by the Company have been complied with, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of Buyer, and shall deliver to Buyer, upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.

Compliance with Applicable Laws. Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lendinglending (including the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act), real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the origination and servicing of the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of Buyer’s inspection, and shall deliver to Buyer, Buyer upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.

Compliance with Applicable Laws. Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law laws, rules and regulations including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller Borrower shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of BuyerLenders inspection, and shall deliver to Buyer, Lender upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.

Compliance with Applicable Laws. Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of BuyerPurchaser's inspection, and shall deliver to Buyer, the Purchaser upon demandrequest, evidence of compliance with all ail such requirements.;

Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-in- lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of BuyerPurchaser's inspection, and shall deliver to Buyer, upon demandthe Purchaser on the related Closing Date, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.;

Compliance with Applicable Laws. Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protectionprotection and privacy, equal credit opportunity opportunity, disclosure or disclosure predatory and abusive lending laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possessionpossession for seven years after Purchaser’s purchase of such Loan, available for the inspection of BuyerPurchaser’s inspection, and shall deliver to Buyer, the Purchaser upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.;

Compliance with Applicable Laws. Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-truth in lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, ; equal credit opportunity opportunity, predatory and abusive lending, or disclosure laws applicable to the Company in connection with the origination and servicing of loans of a type similar to the Mortgage Loan Loans have been complied with, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller Company shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of BuyerPurchaser’s inspection, and shall deliver to Buyer, the Purchaser upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.;

Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, regulations and the Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of BuyerBuyers’ inspection, and shall deliver to BuyerBuyers, upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.;

Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement closing procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, and the Company shall maintain in its possession available for the Purchaser's inspection, and shall deliver to the Purchaser upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements. The consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of Buyer, and shall deliver to Buyer, upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.

Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-truth- in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, predatory, equal credit opportunity opportunity, fair lending or disclosure laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan have been complied with, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and Seller Company shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, available for the inspection of BuyerPurchaser's inspection, and shall deliver to Buyer, the Purchaser upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.;

Compliance with Applicable Laws. Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law law, including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity or disclosure laws applicable to the each Mortgage Loan have been complied with, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws Company shall make or regulations, and Seller shall maintain or shall cause its agent to maintain in its possession, be made available upon reasonable notice for the inspection of Buyer, and shall deliver to Buyer, upon demandPurchaser's inspection, evidence of compliance with all such requirements.;
