Commencing November. 1st and prior to November 30th, the Company will have each employee meet with the Manager or his/her designate in order of seniority to select their choice of vacation time. If an employee fails to select his/her choice of vacation within the allotted time, vacation time shall be granted at the Company's discretion. The Company shall post the final vacation schedule by December 31 and it shall not be altered unless mutually agreed by the employee(s) affected and the Company. Should designated vacation time become available for any reason, such vacation time shall be offered to employee's in order of seniority and the vacation schedule shall be amended accordingly.
Commencing November. 16 – November 30th the Company will poll the drivers to determine preferences for vacation between the months of January through to April of the following year. Drivers will be given first right of refusal based on seniority.
Commencing November. 30, 1996 and continuing throughout the remainder of the Third Contract Period, the Additional Distribution Fee shall equal three and five-tenths percent (3.5%).
Commencing November. 1, 2003 and each November 1 thereafter, Initial Base Rent shall be increased by three percent (3%).
Commencing November. 1, 2001, and continuing thereafter during the term of this Agreement, CLIENT shall pay to NOLE a monthly fee of $6,000 payable in advance on the first day of each month of the term of this Agreement.
Commencing November. 1, 1997, Section 1.01 of Article 1 of the Lease is hereby amended by adding Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, on which the Additional Space is shown.
Commencing November. 15, 1999, Tenant shall pay to Landlord annual basic rent of Five Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Four and 75/100 Dollars ($572,374.75) payable in equal monthly installments of Forty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Seven and 90/100 Dollars ($47,697.90). Commencing November 15, 2000 and each twelve (12) month period thereafter, the annual basic rent shall be increased to an amount equal to percent of the basic rent for the immediately preceding twelve (12) month period as set forth in Section 2.C of the Lease.
