Changes to Scope. Any changes to the scope of work under a Statement of Work shall be made by written change order or amendment to the Statement of Work signed by an authorized representative of each party prior to implementation of such changes.
Changes to Scope. CITY reserves the right to change the scope of the Project by adding or deducting work to be performed by CM@RISK under this Contract. Increases to the scope of work to be paid for out of the Owner’s Contingency shall be documented by a Work Change Directive. Changes to Scope. The BPU may request changes in the scope of the services to be performed hereunder. Such changes, including any increase or decrease in the amount of the funds provided herein, shall be mutually agreed upon by and between the BPU and award recipient, and must be incorporated in written amendments to this Agreement.
Changes to Scope. The scope of Services may only be modified if the Developer specifically consents to the change, scheduling, and additional charges, if any, in writing. All modifications to a specific SOW shall be in writing specifying the necessary changes to the SOW, the expected completion dates and the cost (“Change Order”).

Changes to Scope. A partial itemization of additional services available is set forth in Attachment A. Client may request that Xxxxxxx perform these and other additional services or make changes to the scope of services. Such changes or additions may include the work required to evaluate such a request. Except where time is of the essence (in which case changes or additions may be authorized verbally and later confirmed in writing), Xxxxxxx and Client shall agree in writing to the exact nature of the change or addition prior to its implementation. This writing, when signed by both parties, shall constitute an authorization for changes or additions and shall contain a description of the services, the commencement date and expected completion date for the services, and shall address costs and any special conditions applicable to the services.

If City shall, at any time during the Term of the Agreement, require any additions to the Services (“Additional Services) or changes in scope of the Services ("Modified Services") then it shall request the same in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Amending process set forth in Exhibit 2, Appendix H. City shall have no liability for any Modified Services or Additional Services, including the provision of Unisys Equipment, which are undertaken or performed by Unisys unless such Modified Services or Additional Services have been approved by City in accordance with the procedures set forth in Exhibit 2, Appendix H.

(a) The Client must pay a ‘change in scope fee’, in an amount reasonably determined by Fleurieu Cleaning (Change Fee), for changes to Services requested by the Client which alter the scope set out in the relevant Quote and require Fleurieu Cleaning to perform additional work or incur additional costs (Changes).
