Cardholder. Your name, address and signature (including any electronic or digital signature) and the date on any application or solicitation or on any sales slip or other evidence of indebtedness on your Account represents your name, address and signature and the date on this Agreement.

Cardholder any individual who is authorised by the Business from time to time to use a Business Charge Card issued by us under this Agreement in his or her name. Cardholder Account: an account opened and maintained by us for each Business Charge Card issued by us and to which the Card Transactions are debited. Cardholder Limit: the sum promptly notified in writing to us by the Business from time to time for the Cardholder per billing cycle being the maximum amount of spending permitted by the Business for the Cardholder using the Business Charge Card. A Cardholder Limit cannot be increased by the Business such that the total of all Cardholder Limits exceeds the Business Limit. Cardholder Statement: a monthly statement of the Card Transactions for a Cardholder Account which will be sent to the Business each month and to be distributed by the Business to the relevant Cardholder(s). Card Transaction: any payment made, or Cash Advance obtained by use of a Business Charge Card (or the number of the Business Charge Card) which is debited to a Cardholder Account.

Cardholder. He is the applicant/customer applying for the card from the bank, which is issued in the name of the holder as the main card holder, in the event that the customer requests the issuance of a "Supplementary Cardthe customer shall abide by paragraph (5) of Article Four below, and the card shall be issued (in the name of one of the customer's affiliates and/or relatives according to his request). Accordingly, the customer is obliged to pay all obligations resulting from the issuance of the card, whether to the main and/or supplementary card holder. Card Credit Limit: It is the maximum limit of the available amount by which the bank allows the customer to obtain goods or services and/or withdraw cash in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. Cash Withdrawal / Cash Transfer: It is the process of cash withdrawal / cash transfer - inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - when the customer uses the card with a maximum limit of (30%) of the credit limit specified for the card, provided that the cash withdrawal amount does not exceed (5000) Riyals in a single withdrawal process or - any amendment thereof - through the documented means of communication determined with the bank - from time to time - such as: Withdrawing from automated teller machines (ATM) using the PIN provided by the bank and/or transferring through alternative channels, the customer hereby authorizes the bank to record the withdrawn and/or transferred amount on his card account in addition to any fees imposed by the bank according to the type of card issued to the customer among the cards whose type is determined in Article Twenty One, the bank also has the right to amend the value of the cash withdrawal fees after taking into account paragraph (6) of Article Fifteen.
Cardholder. An (a) individual in whose name a Card is issued, and (b) any other employee, officer, director, or person authorized by the Company or named Cardholder to use a Card or Account.
