Common use of Calendar Days Clause in Contracts

Calendar Days. Upon mutual agreement of all parties involved, including the Appointing Authority, a previously approved shift exchange may be cancelled within fifteen (15) calendar days of the first exchanged shift.

Calendar Days. Upon mutual agreement of all parties involved, 20 including the Appointing Authority, a previously approved shift exchange may be 21 cancelled within fifteen (15) calendar days of the first exchanged shift.
