Common use of Broker’s or Finder’s Commissions Clause in Contracts

Broker’s or Finder’s Commissions. All negotiations relative to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried out by Purchaser directly with the REIT without the intervention of any person on behalf of Purchaser in such manner as to give rise to any valid claim by any Person against the REIT for a finder's fee, brokerage commission or similar payment.
