Common use of Brokerage Commission Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Commission. No broker or finder has acted on behalf of the Purchaser Group in connection with this Agreement or in the transactions contemplated hereby and no person is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s fee or compensation in respect thereto based in any way on agreements, arrangements or understandings made by or on behalf of the Purchaser Group.

Brokerage Commission. No broker or finder has acted on behalf of the Purchaser Group Seller in connection with this Agreement or in the transactions contemplated hereby and no person is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s fee or compensation in respect thereto based in any way on agreements, arrangements or understandings made by or on behalf of the Purchaser Seller Group.

No broker or finder has acted on behalf of for the Purchaser Group Seller in connection with this Agreement or in the transactions contemplated hereby hereby, and no person is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s fee or compensation in respect thereto thereof based in any way on agreements, arrangements or understandings made by or on behalf of the Purchaser GroupSeller.

No broker or finder has acted on behalf of for the Purchaser Group Buyer in connection with this Agreement or in the transactions contemplated hereby hereby, and no person is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s fee or compensation in respect thereto thereof based in any way on agreements, arrangements or understandings made by or on behalf of the Purchaser GroupBuyer.

No broker or finder has acted on behalf of the any of Purchaser Group and Merger Sub in connection with this Agreement or in the transactions contemplated hereby and no person is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s fee or compensation in respect thereto based in any way on agreements, arrangements or understandings made by or on behalf of the any of Purchaser Group.and Merger Sub. No broker or finder has acted on behalf of for the Purchaser Group TEEZE, ASB or the Sellers in connection with this Agreement or in the transactions contemplated hereby hereby, and no person is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s fee or compensation in respect thereto thereof based in any way on agreements, arrangements or understandings made by or on behalf of TEEZE, ASB or the Purchaser GroupSellers.

Brokerage Commission. No broker or finder has acted on behalf of for the Purchaser Group Acquiror in connection with this Agreement or in the transactions contemplated hereby hereby, and no person is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s 's fee or compensation in respect thereto thereof based in any way on agreements, arrangements or understandings made by or on behalf of the Purchaser GroupAcquiror.

Brokerage Commission. No broker or finder has acted on behalf of for --------------------- the Purchaser Group Company or the Partnership in connection with this Agreement or in the transactions contemplated hereby hereby, and no person is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s 's fee or compensation in respect thereto thereof based in any way on agreements, arrangements or understandings made by or on behalf of the Purchaser GroupCompany or the Partnership.

Brokerage Commission. No broker or finder has acted on behalf of the Purchaser Group JOY or NIII in connection with this Agreement or in the transactions contemplated hereby and except as disclosed to Purchaser, for which Purchaser has no obligation, no person is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s fee or compensation in respect thereto based in any way on agreements, arrangements or understandings made by or on behalf of the Purchaser GroupSeller, JOY or NIII.
