Bridge Works. Site clearance; setting out, provision of foundations, piers abutments and bearings; prestressed/reinforced cement concrete superstructure, wearing coat, hand railings, expansion joints, approach slabs, drainage spouts/down take pipes, arrangements for fixing light posts, water mains, utilities etc; provision of suitably designed protective works; providing wing/return walls; provision of road markings, road signs etc.; all aspects of quality assurance; clearing the site and handing over the works on completion; rectification of the defects during the Defects Liability Period and submission of “As-built” drawings and other related documents; and other items of work as may be required to be carried out for completing the works in accordance with the drawings and the provisions of the contract and to Insure safety.

Bridge Works. (a) Subject to issue of the First Applicant’s Development Notice or the Owners Development Notice, and the issue of a Construction Certificatewith respect to development of the Land, the relevant Applicant will carry out the Bridge Works in accordance with this agreement and the Construction Terms in Schedule 5 and any future development consent granted for the Bridge Works.

Work is inclusive of conducting SSI , collecting hydraulic particulars , prepare design and drawing by the contractor for which no extra payment will be made . SSI report, Design calculation and drawing ( 8 sets) to be submitted to the Employer for necessary approval.

  • Additional Works If the Employer requests the Contractor to provide additional works or services which are not either envisaged by, or ancillary to the Works to be provided under, this Contract then the Contractor shall comply with any such request as if such request were a Variation instruction and the provisions of this clause 13 [Variations and Adjustments] shall apply accordingly.

  • Original Works All Work Product created by Contractor pursuant to the Services, including derivative works and compilations of Work Product, and whether or not such Work Product is considered a work made for hire or an employment to invent, is the exclusive property of Agency. Agency and Contractor agree that such Work Product is “work made for hire” of which Agency is the author within the meaning of the United States Copyright Act. If for any reason the Work Product is not “work made for hire,” Contractor hereby irrevocably assigns to Agency any and all of its rights, title, and interest in all Work Product, whether arising from copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other state or federal intellectual property law or doctrine. Upon Agency’s reasonable request, Contractor shall execute such further documents and instruments necessary to fully vest such rights in Agency. Contractor forever waives any and all rights relating to Work Product, including without limitation, any and all rights arising under 17 USC §106A or any other rights of identification of authorship or rights of approval, restriction or limitation on use or subsequent modifications.

  • THE WORKS 3.1 The Contractor undertakes to execute the Works in a proper and workmanlike manner against payment of the Contract Price referred to in clause 4 of this Agreement.

  • Derivative Works Constellation Beers shall acquire no ownership rights in the Licensed Intellectual Property or derivative works based thereon or any intellectual property deemed to be owned by Marcas Modelo or Modelo Group as a result of this Agreement. Constellation Beers shall, at any time requested by Marcas Modelo or Modelo Group, whether during or subsequent to the term hereof, disclaim in writing any such property interest or ownership in the Licensed Intellectual Property.

  • Alternative Work Schedules Alternative work schedule means an approved schedule for an Employee that deviates from the work week described in Section 1, Section 2, or a schedule that deviates from a worksite’s normal schedule. Employees who work a “shift work schedule” as part of a rotating group of individuals who must continuously maintain a 24-hour operation or facility are not eligible for an alternative work schedule.

  • Client Software You may only use the client software with the ERP solution. You may install an unlimited number of copies of the client software to access your ERP solution.

  • Time Worked For purposes of computing the eight (8) hour day or the forty (40) hour week to determine entitlement to overtime pay, all sick leave, vacation leave, and holidays shall count as time worked to be added to other hours worked.

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • JOINT WORK PRODUCT This Agreement is the joint work product of H-GAC and the Contractor. This Agreement has been negotiated by H-GAC and the Contractor and their respective counsel and shall be fairly interpreted in accordance with its terms and, in the event of any ambiguities, no inferences shall be drawn against any party.
