BID EVALUATION. 16.2.1 The Bids shall be evaluated based on the eligibility & qualification criteria mentioned in clauses 3, 10 and 16 of ITB. In case a Bidder fails to meet the above mentioned eligibility & qualification criteria, their bids shall be treated as non- responsive and financial bids of such Bidders shall not be opened.
